We own and run four businesses for the business side of United States medical practices. Not a holding company, not a marketplace. We appoint the teams, set the standard and answer for the result.

The Medical Operations owns and runs four businesses covering engineering, staffing, marketing and patient video for United States practices. It is the medical division of Seen Group, an operating group that builds and runs the companies it owns. We are not a holding company and we are not a marketplace. We appoint the team in each business, set the standard they work to, and answer for the result.
The division only starts work it can operate properly, which is why there are four businesses and not twenty. The four cover the non-clinical side of a practice from end to end: the systems it runs on, the people who run them, the material that brings patients through the door and the videos that explain their care once they arrive. Everything clinical stays with the practice, where it belongs.
Offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Spring City, Pennsylvania let the division work across both markets on the same footing. You deal with us once, and we put the right business, or the right combination of them, on the work.

This is where we sit.
Seen Group is an operating group based in Dubai. It builds and runs its own companies and organizes them by industry. The Medical Operations is its first division and covers everything the group does for medical practices.
Every business in the division is owned by the group and operated by the division. The group holds the license and the legal entity, Seen Group L.L.C-FZ, and the division runs the work. When a practice signs with one of the four businesses, the entity on the agreement is Seen Group L.L.C-FZ trading as that business, and the people doing the work are the division's.
Further divisions of the group will cover other industries as they are built. They do not share staff, systems or clients with this one, and nothing about a medical practice's work is visible outside the medical division.

The Medical Engineers
Builds software for healthcare, including AI scribing, prior authorization and denials automation, and EMR setup and integration. It is also the engineering company of the division and builds the systems the other businesses run on.

The Medical Staffers
Places remote administrative, revenue cycle and scribing staff into United States practices. The practice interviews every candidate itself, and every rate is published.

The Marketing Surgeon
Makes the material a medical practice hands people, including referral one-pagers, LinkedIn profiles, patient collateral and brand templates. All of it is written for the people who send the practice its patients.

Medical AI Videos
Makes condition and procedure videos for medical practices. Each video is generated rather than filmed, approved by the practice's own clinician before production and delivered in days.
