This policy explains how Seen Group L.L.C-FZ, trading as The Medical Operations ("The Medical Operations", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data. We are licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates under trade license number 2418180.01, and we also operate from an office in Spring City, Pennsylvania, United States.

We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and, where it applies to visitors in those regions, the EU/UK GDPR.

1. Scope

This policy covers this website and the websites of the businesses the division runs (themedicalengineers.com, themedicalstaffers.com, themarketingsurgeon.com and medicalaivideos.com), together with the business communications, proposals and campaign work carried out through them.

2. The data we collect

Data you give us

• Your name, employer, job title, email address and phone number when you contact us or we work together.
• The content of your inquiries, briefs and correspondence.
• Billing and company details where we enter into an engagement.

Data collected automatically

• Basic technical information (IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view) logged by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.
• Analytics data, where enabled, on how the site is used in aggregate.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To respond to you. Answering inquiries and preparing proposals. Basis: your consent, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver our services. Running campaigns, communications and production work for clients. Basis: performance of a contract.
• To operate and secure the website. Hosting, fraud and abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. Basis: our legitimate business interest in a safe, working website.
• To meet legal and regulatory duties. Accounting, tax and free zone requirements. Basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
• To send updates where you have asked for them. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with:

• The brands in the group (The Medical Engineers, The Medical Staffers, The Marketing Surgeon and Medical AI Videos), where your inquiry or engagement concerns their work.
• Service providers acting on our instructions, such as hosting, email, cloud storage and accounting providers.
• Clients, media partners or creators, where that is the substance of the engagement and you have been told about it.
• Regulators, auditors or advisers where we are legally required to do so.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

We operate in both the UAE and the United States, and some of our service providers store data outside the UAE. Where personal data leaves the UAE, we transfer it only to jurisdictions offering an adequate level of protection, or under contractual safeguards, in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the PDPL.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and then for any period required by UAE tax, accounting and free zone record-keeping rules. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you may ask us to:

• Give you access to the personal data we hold about you, and information on how it is processed.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your personal data, unless we are required to keep it.
• Restrict or stop certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Transfer your data to you or another controller in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

Write to contact@themedicaloperations.com and we will respond within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

8. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to serve the page; it does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we later add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner and update this section.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: access controls, encryption in transit, and limits on who inside the group can see what, to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access. Where a breach is likely to prejudice the privacy, confidentiality or security of your data, we will notify the UAE Data Office and, where required, you.
